Khaleel practices in a variety of areas such as Landlord-Tenant Law, Estate Planning, Business & Contract Law, and Family Law, and provides General Counsel services to businesses looking to manage legal risks and obligations. Khaleel has a broad and diverse set of experiences that inform his work as an attorney. Before starting Qandeel Law Firm, Khaleel was an associate attorney at prestigious Chicago and Twin Cities law firms handling a variety of transactional, regulatory, compliance, and litigation matters for small and large businesses as well as individuals. Khaleel earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) with honors from the University of Illinois College of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. He also completed his mediation certification through the Center for Conflict Resolution in Chicago. Khaleel serves clients in English and Arabic and always advocates for efficient and cost-effective legal solutions to complex matters.

Kristen Pekish

Kristen is a paralegal with seven years of experience in a wide range of practice areas including Probate and Estate Planning, Family Law, and Corporate and Civil Law. Kristen has a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Central Florida and an associate degree from St. Petersburg College. Kristen supports the attorneys in Estate Planning and Probate, and anywhere else she is needed. She is proud to give her clients legal support, understanding and security to clients at all times but especially in their most challenging times.

Stephanie Roenisch

Stephanie Roenisch is an experienced seasoned Paralegal. She knows how important your legal matter is and is driven to provide excellent client communication first and foremost. Her experience with procedures in all Florida courts, and other states as well, makes her a strong asset for our team. Stephanie was driven to pursue her Paralegal degree from her passion for helping people during life-altering times, and a keen interest specifically in Family Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Personal Injury Law, and many more areas of law. She has been working as a Paralegal for twenty years and in that time has assisted many people with their legal matters. Stephanie was educated at the Florida Community College Jacksonville, gaining her Associate in Science and in Arts, and specifically specializing in Pre-Law. Stephanie attended Everest Vocational School in Jacksonville, Florida, where she gained her Paralegal Degree. Stephanie has worked with some of the most respectable Firms in Jacksonville, Florida, and surrounding areas. Originally born in Decatur, Alabama, Stephanie now loves residing in “The Sunshine State”, Jacksonville, Florida, and has been living there with her family since she was a young child. She enjoys spending her free time with her two adult sons, Jared and Aaron, two grandsons, Jared Jr. and Aaron Jr., her immediate family who also reside in Jacksonville, Florida, playing and watching sports, relaxing at the beach, attending Church, volunteering in her local community for those in need, and working in the legal field assisting clients with their private legal matters.

Moath Almasri

Moath Almasri, a current last year law student, serves as one of our family law paralegals. He has experience in the corporate area, working as an extern for in house counsel at the largest trauma center in the mid-south, Regional One Health. He also carries experience in the private sector as well assisting a private firm in family law issues, relating to custody and divorce. Moath is also bilingual in Arabic and English and is committed to finding effective and efficient solutions for our clients.

Adham A. Yennes, ESQ., is the Principal Attorney at Yennes Law, PLLC and is licensed to practice law in Florida. Adham practices in a variety of areas such as Landlord-Tenant Law, Real Estate, Intellectual Property and provides General Counsel services to businesses looking to manage legal risks and obligations. Adham specializes in Contract Law and has nearly a decade of experience in Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiating Contracts.

Zuneera Masood

Zuneera Masood is the Founder & Managing Partner at Lighthouse Legal Consultancy, and is licensed to practice law in North Dakota and pending license in Maryland. Zuneera practices in a variety of areas such as Regulatory Compliance, Business & Tax Law, provides legal support in areas of Civil Litigation and Family Law, and provides General Counsel services to businesses looking to manage legal risks and obligations. Zuneera is also a Professor at Wilmington University where she teaches courses such as Cyber Law. Zuneera has a diverse spectrum of experiences that informs her work as a legal professional. Prior to establishing Lighthouse Legal Consultants, Zuneera served as Deputy Attorney General in the Delaware Department of Justice serving in the Misdemeanor Trial Unit in the Criminal Division and completed her time in the Investor Protection Unit in the Fraud & Consumer Protection Division. Thereafter Zuneera was In-House Counsel at a bank fintech company handling a variety of matters from regulatory issue
